מסיבות בטחוניות החל כשכפולון עצמאי לריכוז והפצת אירועי תרבות בירושלים בין השנים 2002-2006, במסגרת זו יצאו לאור קרוב למאתיים גליונות שבועיים. אתר האינטרנט jerusalemite.org הוקם בשנת 2005 כאתר פתוח, ועצמאי המעודכן על-ידי הציבור, והופצו באמצעותו למעלה מ-40,000 אירועים בירושלים.

Messy.Boat.Bitch.On.Yacht began as an independent fanzine publicizing cultural events in Jerusalem between 2002-2006, publishing over 200 issues over that period.  Jerusalemite.org is the first open, independent and crowd-based website featuring cultural events in the city, it was established in in 2005 and the current version and design were launched in 2016. Over the years jerusalemite.org publicized over 40,000 cultural events in Jerusalem
